FreshStart Living welcomes new CEO from The City

The former corporate finance director at FinnCapp has been appointed to the role of chief executive officer at FreshStart Living.

Joining the team in the City of Salford, Charlie Cunningham is set to take the property development company to new heights in preparation for its flotation on London’s Alternative Investment Market.

Mr Cunningham said he had found “the right match” in FreshStart, which “has achieved a tremendous amount in a short time and has potential for growth.”

The new CEO added: “When I first met FreshStart, I saw a very exciting company which had already done a lot but needed more structure before it can move to the market.”

In taking on the role, the North Wales-born former broker will move from Hertfordshire to Cheshire with his wife and two boys, aged four and 12 weeks old.

Mr Cunningham attended the prestigious Eton College before travelling to the North East to study at Newcastle University. After leaving university, he went on to train as a barrister before joining the corporate finance division at Finn & Co. Which later became the independent broker FinnCapp.
